Waste Manifest
Any business that transports solid and residual waste for the oil & gas sector or industrial businesses are required to provide a Waste Manifest. All Commercial haulers are required to complete and submit manifest waste forms upon arrival at the scale.

Asbestos Disposal Application 
An asbestos disposal application form MUST be filled out and submitted for review and approval prior to acceptance. Please refer to Site Policies for more information pertaining to this material.

Special Waste Disposal Application
A special waste disposal application MUST be filled out and submitted for review and approval for  Contaminated Soil before it can be accepted. Please refer to Site Policies for more information pertaining to this material.

Wastewater Log Manifest
A sewage dumping agreement must be completed and submitted to the Town of Drumheller. Once approved a copy will be forwarded to the DDSWMA. All transporters require a Wastewater Log Manifest before entering the scale. Please note the sewage dumping agreement is not the same as a credit application the Transporter will be required to pay CASH/DEBIT unless an account has been set up. Credit Application Form
To set up an account with the DDSWMA you will need to complete and submit a credit application. Be advised this process can take approximately 1-2 weeks to process depending on the response time of your bank.
